In a recent study done by the US Chamber of Commerce, they asked over 2,400 shoppers “How they learn about a business”. What they found was that over 50% of the shoppers learned about a business from their On-Premise Signs, crushing Radio and Television who received only 1%. It also beat out Yellow pages (6%) and Newspaper (9%). The closest runner up was Word-Of-Mouth which received only 33%. What this shows is that signs do not just serve as an aesthetic purpose but are more of a marketing investment toward your company.
